Bus Rengit-- The Issue of Bus Station at KTM UKM



国大生近日热烈讨论的 Rengit 巴士课题,也就是上周六(3/11/2012)UKM地铁站闪电淹水,20多位国大生被Rengit 巴士司机忽视他们的存在而导致他们从UKM KTM附近的巴士站步行回到宿舍村一事。


理事会代表针对此课题向TNC HEPA反映,获知校方已经在调查此事。理事会于昨天早上陪同其中一位当事人到国大交通部去作出投报。相关官员了解了整件事情的来龙去脉后,也把有关资料记录下来,并透露会好好调查此事,也希望国大生若有任何投诉,就要勇敢站出来,因为学生有权利得到更好的设施服务。

另外,如果学生发现巴士司机的行为态度恶劣,例如在巴士上无理谩骂学生等等。可以把该巴士的ZON 号、巴士车牌号码、事情发生的日期与时间地点记录下来 (情况允许的话:最好用手机录下当时的状况,以便有更多证据),然后可以通过理事会或学生代表向国大交通部投诉。好让有关当局进行调查,并会适时采取行动。

Recently,there is a heat issue about services of Rengit bus which happened on last Saturday (3/11/2012) when there was a flash flood near UKM KTM station and more than 20 students there were ignored by the Rengit bus driver which at last caused them to walk back to their respective hostels from UKM KTM bus station. Regarding to this issue, the CCC representative had lodged a complaint to the TNC HEPA which we were informed there is an ongoing investigation.


Last morning, CCC accompanied one of the victims to the Unit Kenderaan UKM to make a report to the officer in-charge who promised they would investigate the case. He also urged the students to voice out if there is any complaint as to preserve students' rights for better service and establishment.

In addition, if student discover any improper behaviour of the bus driver , such as being unreasonable to students, please note down the zone and plate number of the bus, and also the incident's date and time.(If possible, record it in video as proof). And send it with the details of the incident (through CCC or student representative) to Unit Kenderaan UKM to enable them to conduct an investigation, and take proper action.
