槟州百年一遇严重大水灾
本次槟州百年一遇的大水灾夺走了人命和导致人民财物上的损失。大马人民都为这次槟城的严重水灾感到忧心忡忡。
凡是家园有被水灾所破坏的学生们，国大华裔理事会将会全力以赴向校方争取援助金来支助有需要的学生。您需要准备以下资料来申请援助金：
1. 影印身份证
2. 影印学生卡
3. 警察报告
4. 村长的批准报告
5. 申请支援信
6. 被水灾摧毁的家园的照片（作为证据）
此外，大家也可以通过各大宿舍的福利主任（MEP Kebajikan Kolej）来申请这项支援金。在此我们希望水灾问题可以尽快解决，好让槟州的人民们能够重返家园。

22岁女大学生遭假问路的匪徒先奸后劫。
这起事件发生在本月1日的晚上8时30分，位于莎阿南工业区的偏僻处。
事发当晚，22岁事主准备徒步前往巴士站时，被一名假问路的男子持刀威胁上车。嫌犯在此后将女事主载往事发地点，并于车内强奸事主，同时抢走身上仅有的100令吉后，驱车逃离现场。
女事主在此后向警方做出投报，并在警方陪同下前往莎阿南医院进行身体检验程序。
在此呼吁各位注意自身安全以及提升自我安全意识。女性尽量减少在夜晚单独出门，或是结伴两三人成行，以免自己成为下一个受害者。
22 years old girl had been asked for the direction of road and get rapped and robbed.
This incident occurred on 1st of November at 8.30pm in Shah Alam Industrial Area.
During the incident, the 22 years old girl was going to bus stop. On her way, she was threatened by a man with knife to board a car. The man fetched the girl to the industrial area and was rapped by the man in the car. At the same time, the man robbed her with the only RM100. After that, the man drove away immediately. The girl then made a police report. Accompanied by the police, the girl went for a medical check up at Shah Alam Hospital.
Everyone is appealed to pay attention to raise awareness of own safety. Girls are advised not to going out alone at night. Girls should go out in pairs or in group to avoid becoming the next victim.
