虽然目前还是悠长的假期，理事会的学生代表仍心系于争取大学生的福利。特此，收集了各理工学院生的意见后，该学院学生代表，莫国豪同学联同理事会盟友，Aspirasi的学生代表，Siti Nur Hidayah同学亲自和理工学院副院长, Prof. Dr. Shahidan Radiman会面，一同商讨该学院生所面对的问题，并提出一些相关的学生福利问题。
首先是理工学院的基本设施，如椅子，桌子和液晶显示器(LCD)已经损坏，并影响学习氛围。经过学生代表们的反映后，理工学院管理层答应将在这段假期内修理所有损坏的设施。此外，该学院现有的唯一一台饮水机也完全无法操作，莫国豪同学将努力联络该饮水机厂商并要求当局修理或替换簇新的饮水机。
接着，Siti Nur Hidayah同学也建议提升回教堂环境设施，并要求加强理工学院的闭路电视设施，特别是学院的无灯黑区，以保障学生的安全。因此所有的无灯黑区必须被列出来，并向Prof Dr. Shahidan Radiman提出反映，以做出进一步的改善。
此外，我们也得悉理工学院范围内的停车位非常有限，造成学生的诸多不便。此问题极受重视并将被带到国大管理层，因为此问题已超出理工学院管理层的权力范围，应当属于国大校方所管辖。以上问题也是Siti Nur Hidayah同学在过去的校园普选中的竞选宣言。
另外，我们也要为大家带来一项好消息！理工学院管理层已在该学院食堂附近建造了雨篷，以方便所有理工学院生，尤其是每逢下雨时。

The Chinese Community Student Committee (CCC) has never stopped its concern about students’ welfare despite it is still semester break. Therefore, the CCC and the Aspirasi representatives who are also the student representatives for the 1st and 2nd year FST seats, Wilfred Mok Kok Hoe and Siti Nur Hidayah had met with Prof. Dr. Shahidan Radiman, the Deputy Dean (Undergraduates) of Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) after gathering the opinions of FST students, in order to raise problems facing by the FST students and also to seek solutions for those difficulties.
The first issue brought up was the facilities in FST, such as chairs, desks and LCD in most lecture halls are malfunctioning that have greatly affected the learning environment. In regard to this issue, the FST management had promised to fix everything during this semester break. In addition, the only RO water dispenser in FST is not operating at all and thus, Wilfred Mok Kok Hoe will attempt to contact the manufacturer and request him to repair or replace a whole new one.
Furthermore, Wilfred Mok Kok Hoe suggested setting up suggestion boxes at FST to provide a channel for opinions or complaints from the FST students. However, according to Prof. Shahidan, it is advisable to manage all complaints or suggestions via e-mail so as to ensure its efficiency. Hence, all FST students and even the UKM students are welcome to drop their complaints or opinions through the e-mails of Wilfred Mok Kok Hoe (wilfredmpp.asp@gmail.com) or Siti Nur Hidayah (hidayahmpp.asp@gmail.com). The above-mentoned are manifestos of Wilfred Mok Kok Hoe in the past campus election.
Moreover, Siti Nur Hidayah had also proposed to improve facilities of surau in FST, and not forgot to request to upgrade the CCTV system, especially areas without lamp posts, to ensure the safety of students. As a result, all regions with no lamp posts will be identified and listed out to be reported to Prof. Radiman for further enhancement.
Additionally, we noted that parking lots in FST are very limited that has caused inconvenience for students. We pay much attention to this problem and will bring it to the UKM management as it has gone beyond the FST management’s power. The above-mentioned are manifestos of Siti Nur Hidayah during the past campus election.
Lastly, we would like to bring you good news which is that the FST management had built an awning near cafe for the convenience of the students, particularly during rainy days.
